Intel's next-gen Arrow Lake & Raptor Lake-H Refresh mobility CPUs are going to be branded under the Core Ultra 200 & Core 200H branding.
Intel Core Ultra 200 Branding For Arrow Lake CPUs & Core 200H Branding For Raptor Lake-H Refresh CPUs
The information comes from the trustworthy leaker, Golden Pig Upgrade, who has posted about the branding for the upcoming Intel Arrow Lake and Raptor Lake-H Refresh CPUs. This will be the third outing of the Raptor Lake lineup for laptops and the second time that it has been refreshed.
So coming straight to the branding, the Intel Arrow Lake CPUs will be branded under the Core Ultra 200 series as a whole. This includes both H and U SKUs so you can expect chip names such as Core Ultra 9 2XXH and Core Ultra 7 2XXU. For the Raptor Lake-H Refresh, you will be looking at the Non-Ultra SKUs which will get the Core 200H branding. No Raptor Lake-U Refresh series are mentioned and Intel will likely keep some Meteor Lake SKUs to cover the entry-level segment while its Arrow Lake CPUs cover the more premium market.
Now why there's a need to refresh Raptor Lake-H for a second time is simply due to its price factor. The Raptor Lake-H chips should offer better value, if not performance positioning, in the high-end gaming category while Arrow Lake-H and Arrow Lake-HX will be used in more expensive designs & coupled with the latest hardware available at the time.
As for what we know about Arrow Lake mobility CPUs, they will come in three flavors which include HX, H & U. The Arrow Lake-H CPUs have already been spotted in configurations of 6 Lion Cove P-Cores and 8 Skymont E-Cores.
While the iGPU will be based on the same Xe-LPG "Alchemist" GPU architecture, certain SKUs will adopt the newer and refined Alchemist+ "Xe-LPG+" architecture. The high-end Arrow Lake-HX CPUs will be making use of the same dies as the desktop SKUs which were also recently spotted with up to 8 P-Cores and 16 E-Cores. Meanwhile, the Raptor Lake-H Refresh "Core 200H" CPUs will feature up to 6 P-Cores based on the Raptor Cove and 8 E-Cores based on the Gracemont core architecture.

Expect availability of the Intel Arrow Lake "Core Ultra 200" and Raptor Lake-H Refresh "Core 200H" mobility CPUs by the end of this year or early 2025. The Intel Core Ultra 200 lineup should also be including the Lunar Lake-MX CPUs but the proper branding is yet to be confirmed for those. AMD's lineup is also going to be a mix of various older architectures that will exist alongside the newer Strix Point chips.
